Football defeated La Serna 38-14! The Saints came out blistering hot, scoring on their first offensive possession in only three plays. Caden Jones and the offense put up 24 points in the first, with Caden throwing the ball and Dillon Booth rushing for two touchdowns. The defense stifled the La Serna offense, which was unable to move the ball until the end of the game. Currently, in the OC Register rankings, the Saints are ranked 11th. They will head into their bye this week.

Boys Water Polo played in one game against Long Beach Poly last week. It was a great game for the Saints, where they put up 18 goals! The defense was solid as well, only allowing nine. The Saints will play two important games this week: the first is against reigning league champions Foothill. If they can beat them, they have an excellent opportunity to win the league. The other is against the OC Top 10 team, Laguna Beach.
-
Girls Tennis lost their only match of the week to San Juan Hills. It was a close matchup that came down to only one game; they lost 8-10. After a very tough non-league schedule, they are 4-3 on the season heading into league.
