Jamie Gazzano
Director of Spirit
Jamie Gazzano feels both thrilled and blessed to be a part of our Crean Lutheran Spirit Program as the Spirit Coordinator. She has been a dancer since she was 4 years old, concentrating on ballet during her high school years, and was the Captain of her Varsity Song squad at Fountain Valley High School over 25 years ago. She continued to dance throughout college, and still takes tap classes for fun each week.
Jamie is starting her 3rd academic year as a School Counselor at Crean Lutheran High School. She has been in Lutheran education for over 15 years. She is an alumni of Concordia University Irvine, with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with a Child Development concentration, and a Masters of Education with a PPS credential. She is currently completing a certificate in College Planning at the University of California, San Diego. Concordia is where she also started her career as an Admissions Counselor after college, before having her 2 children. Jamie also worked for over 6 years at Red Hill Lutheran School before making her way to Crean. There she loved working where her daughters go to school and was also the PTF President for 2 years.
Jamie absolutely loves her job and working here at Crean Lutheran High School. She loves working with students and cannot wait to work closely with those in the Spirit Program. Jamie believes that God has led her to Crean to support students in their high school journeys and future paths. She was recently married to her wonderful husband Jonathan, and will be celebrating one year of marriage and blending their incredible (mini Brady Bunch) family in July. They share 2 boys and 2 girls: Jayden (24) Emory (13), Michael (10), and Elise (9). Jamie loves to dance, and although God gave her 2 girls, neither is a dancer. She is still hoping for a cheerleader, as Elise just started tumbling a couple of months ago. Either way, they are amazing!
Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.
